Dear Service Providers:
Liberty County Water Control and Improvement District #1 (“LCWCID1) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications, RFQ 25-03 (This “RFQ”), from qualified vendors to provide Professional Engineering, Geotechnical and Survey Services (“Services”).
Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
The submission requirements for this proposal are included on the attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) form RFQ 25-03, and due November 21, 2025.
